Firstly, regardless of your starting point, whether you have to lose 5, 10, 20, 100kgs...
You need to think long term, at least 1 year. The reason for this...
It's not about losing weight, it's about developing great habits & a bulletproof mindset! Weight loss will be the byproduct of this.
Will it take 1 year to lose the weight? Probably, probably not. But that's not the goal.
The goal's to be able to maintain your results for the rest of your life rather than looking for a quick fix every year.
If 1 year seems too long then maybe you aren't ready or you have the wrong goal.
Look at it like this, picture yourself one year from now where will you be?
Option A - In the exact spot you are now because you took the quick fix & now you are looking for another weight loss program.
Option B - You have developed great habits & have a positive mindset. You look fitter, confident & feel fantastic.
If you picked option A do you really care how long it would take? Of course not!
You'll be stoked that you took your time & developed these strategies which will last a lifetime.
Fluctuating with your weight up, down, up down year after year will be a thing in the past.
It all starts with setting your big goal & putting a process in place to achieve it.
As I state in the video, focus on the process rather than the big goal.
Go to your calendar & write down your goal 1 year from today's date. Your big goal is now set, now work backwards from there & apply your process.
What task each week & day do you need to do, for example:
Plan, exercise, food
(the next videos will cover these processes)
Start simple & keep building. We must conquer the hills before we get to Mt Everest.
Trust your process & by taking action you will get your weight loss goal
